Jury statement
Thanks to its flexibility and simplicity, the display system has stood the test of time and been on the market for decades. Now, the addition of a stretch fame provides a meaningful add-on that permits even greater flexibility. As a result, existing system can be upgraded to enable even more versatility.
First launched in 1998, the display system has been in use across the world ever since. The system consists of slender tubes and connecting cubes that are held securely in place by integrated magnets. The classic has now been given a functional upgrade that integrates an important feature of contemporary presentations: large-format textile coverings. Thanks to its identical connecting cube, the specially developed profile is a perfect fit with the tried-and-tested grid and can therefore be incorporates into existing system as well. A self-locking hinge means the frame can be set up without tools. The printed textile elements are inserted into the frame and stretched across it – again, no tools required. Backlighting is also possible – and both sides of the display can be used simultaneously.
